The Empowering Survivor Entrepreneurs Initiative is funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), and is designed to support transitional housing providers nationwide. Our mission is to equip case managers, advocates, and leadership with the tools, knowledge, and trauma-informed strategies needed to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence in exploring entrepreneurship as a path to economic justice.

Ladies Empowered with Resources, Inc. (LEWR) is a national training and coaching organization committed to equipping leaders and advocates with tools for purpose-driven impact. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship education and leadership development, our founder, Jennifer Malone, leads transformative initiatives that promote healing, self-sufficiency, and sustainable growth. We specialize in helping underserved and trauma-impacted communities unlock their economic potential.
In collaboration with Grace Healing and Wellness Center, led by Dr. Angelique Lewis, we bring trauma-informed care and mental health expertise to every level of our programming.
